Systems navigation support is about helping you understand your options and access the care and resources that best meet your needs.

Our systems navigation support is designed to help you move through these systems with more clarity, confidence, and support. We work alongside you to reduce barriers, answer questions, and help you feel less alone while navigating reproductive health care and family-related services.

Through systems navigation support, we may:

• Help you understand available health care services and referral pathways
• Support you in accessing community-based programs, non-profit services, and social supports
• Share information about local resources related to pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and reproductive health
• Help you prepare for appointments and understand next steps in your care
• Offer guidance and advocacy so you feel informed and empowered when making decisions

As with all Rooted Birthwork Collective services, systems navigation support is highly individualized. Support may look different from person to person depending on your goals, needs, and where you are in your journey.
