Postpartum Support

Our phone and video Postpartum check-ins typically range from thirty minutes to one hour.

WHAT DOES POSTPARTUM DOULA SUPPORT LOOK LIKE WITH ROOTED?

Our postpartum doula check-ins are designed to take place by phone or video call and offer space for you to connect, reflect, and feel cared for during the postpartum period.

During postpartum check-ins, we may:

  • Check-in on your physical, emotional, and mental well-being
  • Talk through how things are going with your baby, including feeding, rest, and recovery
  • Explore any challenges, questions, or concerns you may be experiencing
  • Identify additional supports or resources that may be helpful
  • Review ongoing support options available through Rooted Birthwork Collective

This check-in is centered on you and your needs. Our goal is to ensure you feel supported, heard, and connected as you continue your postpartum journey.

Doulas provide highly individualized care to meet the unique needs of each client, so support may look different from person to person. Postpartum check-ins typically range from thirty minutes to one hour.
